We are seeking to hire a site manager who will be responsible for growing the profitability of internal lead generation websites. The individual will be responsible for developing a marketing strategy for the websites, executing the plan with development assistance, and analyzing the results. Experience with search engine optimization necessary.

• Responsible for providing vision (both short and long-term), direction and taking ownership for the success of their sites
• Develop and implement effective strategies for their sites that lead to improvements in user experience, traffic, conversion rates, leads and revenue (all encompassing – SEO, PPC, Content, Development, Admin, etc).
• Responsible for the role of project management for all website initiatives for their sites

Requirements (training, familiarity with a program/software):
2-3 years experience in online marketing.
Strong project management skills
Creative problem solving and strong decision making skills
Experience with PPC, SEO, and online analytics
Excellent organization and analysis skills
Ability to work independently, as well as on a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
